To complete enrollment, families provide a few required documents. Gather these items to make your enrollment quick and easy.
Proof of Identity & Age
Student’s birth certificate and a parent/guardian photo ID.
Proof of Residency
A recent utility bill or lease agreement showing your current address.
Immunization Records
Up-to-date immunization records as required by the State of Texas.
Academic Records
Most recent report card or transcript and any applicable IEP/504 documentation.
